Have used Corner House vets for years, always been great service, really good and compassionate when it was time to have our dog put to sleep a couple of years ago. Seen recently for another dog and were really kind and understanding of our situation and listened to us and gave really helpful advice and options. Would recommend and we wouldn't go anywhere else

We had a really lovely experience. Emma was fantastic — thorough, kind and reassuring — and the whole reception team were so welcoming and friendly. The environment was peaceful and calm, which made such a difference. My cat is usually very stressed at the vets, but she actually settled enough to sleep! Emma carried out a really thorough assessment and explained the treatment plan clearly, which left me feeling confident that my cat was in good hands. Thank you to the whole team for making what can usually be a stressful experience feel so calm and positive. 🐾

Fantastic vets, I can't recommend highly enough. I have two greyhounds who are regular visitors and they cant get through the door quick enough to say hi to the reception staff in the hope of a treat! Such a wonderful and knowledgeable team, i know my hounds are in the safest hands.

I have been paying £23 a month for 5 years, but haven’t taken up the option for vaccines or flea and worm in years. I decided to finally utilise it and booked the appointment for a vaccination. When I turned up I explained that my dog had been a bit under the weather and I wasn’t sure if we should go ahead with the vaccine. He examined, was great, and recommended an injection he said would be £33. So I agreed. I went out to reception to a £105 bill. I had apparently had a consultation. I explained to reception that I was not aware of the cost or that it was a consultation, that I have been paying on the essentials plan for 5 years without utilising that cost, that I couldn’t afford that and wouldn’t have brought her in if I’d had known I was going to be charged that (I wouldn’t have gone ahead with the injection if I’d known the total either). I wasn’t offered the 10% off the consultation fee, which I have no found out I was entitled to on the essentials plan. I appreciate they have a job to do and people might take advantage, but as a customer that pays every month and has never even had so much as a consultation before now, I’m disappointed with how this was handled.

Had an emergency appointment with vet Amelia. She was fantastic. Listened to the problems my dog was having, gave her a thorough examination and explained treatment. Have now permanently transferred to this practice.
