Lovely practice, kind staff, they looked after my beautiful cat when we needed them and they made him comfortable! It’s always painful when we have to say goodbye to our loved ones but the team here are caring and knowledgeable and they do a hard job really well. We were able to have a pair of team members visit us at our home and that was the best thing for Mercury, all I can say is thank you and you can put your trust in Milestone Vets. Both practices have lovely teams and experienced staff and veterinary surgeons.

Michelle Sara was absolutely amazing. We were so worried and genuinely thought we might lose Humphrey, but she was incredibly kind and reassuring and treated him with such care. She kept us updated throughout—from his first X-ray and the wait, through to him needing an operation. She phoned us numerous times, explained everything clearly and followed up afterwards. We honestly couldn’t have asked for a kinder or more caring vet. We are so grateful to Michelle and the whole team for looking after Humphrey so brilliantly.

Milestone cattery has looked after our cat for a while now and they are friendly professional and caring they always take great care of our cat. Further to this review our cat was taken ill. Ed dealt with her with such care and compassion as did all the staff. With kidney issues confirmed and treatment she has been able to spend another 12 months of quality life with us. When her time finally came. Eliza had the unpleasant job and I can't thank her enough for how she handled our baby and indeed ourselves. True care, compassion and professionalism. I seriously can't praise the newton abbot team enough.
