My partner and I don’t think we can adequately put into words just how much we appreciate everything Karen did to help guide us through saying goodbye to Alfie a few weeks ago.
Her empathy, understanding and gentle reassurance gave us the strength we needed to help Alfie peacefully move on into the final chapter of his life. During such an incredibly heartbreaking and difficult time, Karen’s compassion made the experience feel calm, peaceful and full of dignity.
We sincerely cannot thank her enough. We truly don’t know how we would have navigated those final moments without Karen’s support and guidance. She helped us through one of the hardest things we have ever had to face, and we will always be deeply grateful to her for that.

We had to say goodbye to our best friend Nala on the 16th September 2026 having had her for 16 years. It's one of the hardest decisions we've ever had to make and from the very beginning Karen reassured us that it really was the kindest and unselfish thing we could do for our old beautiful girl. Karen's empathy, kindness and patience was amazing, she offered us as much time as we needed to say goodbye and went at a pace we were comfortable with whilst ensuring Nala was comfortable. We miss her so badly but feel comforted in the knowledge Nala was cared for until the very end and that we were able to be beside her and that Karen offered her a safe dignified passing. Nala we miss you. Karen we thank you.

We can’t thank Karen enough for the care and compassion she showed when she helped our Fern pass away peacefully at home.
From the moment she arrived, Karen was incredibly kind, gentle and understanding. She made what was an incredibly heartbreaking and difficult time feel as calm and peaceful as it possibly could. Being able to say goodbye to Fern at home, surrounded by the people who loved her, meant so much to us.
Karen treated Fern with such dignity and respect, and she also took the time to look after us and make sure we understood everything that was happening.
It’s never easy saying goodbye to a much\-loved member of the family, but Karen made a truly awful moment that little bit easier. We will always be grateful to her for that

Unfortunately I had the pleasure of meeting Karen the day I lost my Milly. She was the most empathetic and compassionate she could’ve been in the circumstances.. highly knowledgeable about what she does, continually communicating throughout, whilst providing a service that made what I thought could be one of the worst days of my life - Beautiful. We said goodbye under the shade of the tree’s in the garden on a beautiful sunny day. Because of this I can now spend the rest of my life thinking of that day with happiness, knowing I let my best friend truly be at peace again in the best way for her.

It is difficult to convey the depth of our appreciation for the sensitive, empathic and professional service provided by Karen. It really was a privilege to be part of Mia’s beautiful ending in the hands of a professional - sad, of course, but quickly followed by feelings of relief…that we’d done the right thing, at the right time and that our hopes for how it would happen at home were exceeded.

Making the decision to put my 14 year old fur baby to sleep was the hardest decision I have ever made. Karen came to our home where me and my 3 sons were able to sit around our beloved dog Theo and reassure him, talk to him and smooth him so he knew we were with him for his journey over the rainbow bridge. Karen made the whole experience personable and helped us and reassured us through every step. We have a jar with his fur to keep and his paw print that we cherish, Karen even sent us a hand written condolence card with the most lovely words. I just want to say thank you for making this heart breaking decision we had to make, calming, caring and peaceful

I don't think you could ask for a more professional, compassionate, relaxed and holistic end of life service for a pet.
The service was done at home in an unrushed and sensitive way.

We were utterly devastated at the thought of parting with our adored dog Lilly, but from the very first contact, Karen offered a sense of calm and reassurance that we didn’t realise we needed.
During one of the most heart-wrenching decisions, Karen was informative, compassionate, and empathetic from the outset. She was inquisitive in all the right ways, ensuring she understood not just Lilly’s needs, but ours as a family. She took great care in explaining every part of the process in clear, thoughtful detail, which gave us both confidence and comfort at a time when emotions were running high.
What could have been a day defined solely by anxiety and heartbreak, was transformed into something far more peaceful and manageable. Karen and Sian’s calm demeanour, paired with their clear communication, allowed us to navigate this experience at our own pace, within the familiarity of our home. They created an environment where we felt supported and fully informed throughout—something we will always be deeply grateful for.
