Vet was brilliant but the receptionist (larger lady with piercings) was very patronising, insincere and rude. Real shame. Every else I interacted with was great, shame for a bad apple to spoil a bunch. Made me not want to go back.

Love Medivet Moor Lane. As a family, our pets have been going there for many years. The staff are always friendly, wonderful with the animals and professional. You are always given all options/choices where applicable. I trust them with my pets!!

I’ve enjoyed supporting a local business, but I am deeply disappointed by the pricing of their prescription services. While I understand that a local vet needs to maintain a margin to stay open, the inflation on medication costs here is unreasonable. I was charged £6.78 for each apoquel tablet that is readily available online for £1.98. A markup of over 240% feels unfair to local customers who want to support their community. It’s a shame, as the care is otherwise good, but the lack of transparent or fair pricing on prescriptions makes it difficult to justify returning."

Since changing to Medivet this local vets has become a rip off. Charging £60 for a £17.99 prescribed medication. No justification for this could be given as fair value. Do not recommend. (this is not a direct reflection on the vets here who are very caring and informative)
